 Our Service has a base price of $60 per person with a $600 minimum spend. Suggested gratuity is 20% of total bill. Travel fees may apply and will vary based on your location. These fees will be determined after booking. Cash or Credit Card (with a 4% admin fee) are the accepted payment methods. If paying with credit card must be done 72 hours prior to the event! You can not pay at the end of the party with credit card- must be done 72 hours prior. 


 The chef will arrive approximately 10 minutes prior to reservation time. Our set up process is seamless and only takes a few minutes.  


 After you reserve your time online you will: Receive a confirmation email(Check spam or verify whether your email address is correct if not receiving it). Our booking manager will reach out to you at least a week before your party date to finalize all details, including menu and price but you can also contact them directly anytime before that. 


 The Kids price is for ages between 6-12 years old. 13 and older is adult price. Age 5 and under eats free! They get 1 protein and about 1/4 cup of rice. 


 Yes 100% Our parties are fun for the whole family! Our chefs are very talented and can tailor the experience to be even more kid and family friendly. Just let the reservations manager know after booking. 


 We recommend its setup so that the chef is up front of the party where everyone can see them. Two 8’ rectangular tables arranged in L shape, and can sit about 10 people. Three 6’ rectangular arranged in U shape and, can sit between 12 and 30 people. 


 Due to insurance and pricing requirements, we do not cook any outside protein or food at this time. 


 We offer a 48-hour full refund guarantee. Cancel at least 48 hours before your event, and we’ll refund your deposit with no questions asked. Rescheduling is free with 48-hour notice; after that, a $200 rescheduling fee will apply. Weather Policy If it rains, the customer must provide a covered area (such as a tent or patio) for the chef to cook under, ensuring they stay dry. It is the customer’s responsibility to decide and cancel due to inclement weather at least 48 hours before the event. To ensure your event goes smoothly, if there are any changes to the number of guests, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance, so we have enough time to prepare food for everyone.  Yes! We have done hundreds of successful company and corporate events. If your event is for 50+ people us.ichiban@gmail.com recommend emailing us. so we can personally go over all the options with you.  


 

Yes we have many ways we can accommodate for bad weather. 

  • We can cook indoors (10 foot ceilings and by an open window/sliding door.
  • In an empty garage.
  • Under an enclosed patio.
  • Chef cooks on deck, guests inside. 
  • Under a tent 10feet or higher


 Immediately after booking you should receive an email with your reservation managers contact info.
